These accounts will explore the psychological, social and family dimensions of the victims&#8217; journeys. By giving a voice to women from diverse backgrounds, the project aims to reflect the diversity of experiences of violence and pathways to resilience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The stories will not only illustrate the forms of violence suffered (physical, psychological, socio-economic, sexual) but will also highlight the processes and strategies that enabled the victims to break free from this vicious circle. They will show how violence also has an impact on children, indirect victims who are often profoundly affected, even if they are not directly targeted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, the project will look at the resources mobilised in this process, both personal and external: support from family and friends, help from specialist services.
