Pourtant, il aura fallu pr\u00e8s de <strong>17 ans de d\u00e9bats, de r\u00e9ticences politiques et d\u2019inaction<\/strong> pour enfin aboutir \u00e0 une loi sp\u00e9cifique. Ce long chemin illustre la difficult\u00e9 de faire reconna\u00eetre le calvaire des victimes et l\u2019ampleur du vide juridique auquel elles \u00e9taient confront\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Un probl\u00e8me bien plus large que la violence domestique<\/strong><br>En Suisse, entre <strong>30 et 50% des cas surviennent apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9paration<\/strong> mais le stalking ne concerne pas uniquement les violences domestiques. Le harc\u00e8lement obsessionnel peut toucher <strong>n\u2019importe qui, \u00e0 tout moment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Un changement attendu en 2026<\/strong><br>Le nouveau texte p\u00e9nal d\u00e9finira enfin le stalking.
