Objectifs 2032<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Nous nous battons pour changer les choses. Nous nous battons pour r\u00e9duire l\u2019impact de la violence domestique sur les enfants et am\u00e9liorer leur quotidien. Nous d\u00e9fendons une culture de la protection et soutenons une utilisation ad\u00e9quate des moyens publics en faveur des victimes dans le syst\u00e8me judiciaire. Un syst\u00e8me judiciaire qui soit en faveur des victimes plut\u00f4t que des auteurs. Un syst\u00e8me judiciaire qui reconnaisse les droits de ces victimes. Nous mettons tout en oeuvre pour que les enfants n\u2019aient plus \u00e0 subir les cons\u00e9quences d\u2019une justice inadapt\u00e9e, soient pr\u00e9serv\u00e9s au maximum et soient accompagn\u00e9s dans les meilleures conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La fondation a le soutien de son fondateur jusqu’en 2032.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si les actions de la fondation ne permettent pas ou pas assez d’avancer dans la r\u00e9alisation de ses objectifs, la poursuite de l’activit\u00e9 de la fondation sera r\u00e9-examin\u00e9e en 2032.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Avec sa page KidsToo, la fondation souhaite informer les personnes concern\u00e9es par la violence domestique de mani\u00e8re plus r\u00e9active que par le biais d’une newsletter. Et ceci avec un co\u00fbt moindre.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Si les d\u00e9rives (appel \u00e0 la haine, rejet des diff\u00e9rences, etc.) devaient augmenter suite au rachat de Twitter par Mr Musk ou que des institutions suisses de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence devaient se retirer ou \u00eatre exclues, nous r\u00e9\u00e9valuerions notre pr\u00e9sence.
Le parlement suisse fait partie, entre autres, de ces institutions de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ziele 2032<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Wir k\u00e4mpfen, um die Dinge zu \u00e4ndern. Wir k\u00e4mpfen daf\u00fcr, die Auswirkungen von h\u00e4uslicher Gewalt auf Kinder zu verringern und ihren Alltag zu verbessern. Wir treten f\u00fcr eine Kultur des Schutzes ein und unterst\u00fctzen eine angemessene Verwendung \u00f6ffentlicher Mittel zugunsten der Opfer im Justizsystem. Ein Rechtssystem, das sich f\u00fcr die Opfer und nicht f\u00fcr die T\u00e4ter einsetzt. Ein Justizsystem, das die Rechte dieser Opfer anerkennt. Wir setzen alles daran, dass Kinder nicht l\u00e4nger unter den Folgen einer unangemessenen Justiz leiden m\u00fcssen, dass sie so weit wie m\u00f6glich bewahrt und unter den besten Bedingungen betreut werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Stiftung wird von ihrem Gr\u00fcnder bis 2032 unterst\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sollten die Ma\u00dfnahmen der Stiftung keine oder nicht gen\u00fcgend Fortschritte bei der Erreichung ihrer Ziele erm\u00f6glichen, wird die Fortf\u00fchrung der Stiftung im Jahr 2032 erneut gepr\u00fcft.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Mit ihrer KidsToo-Seite m\u00f6chte die Stiftung die von h\u00e4uslicher Gewalt betroffenen Personen reaktiver informieren als \u00fcber einen Newsletter. Und dies mit geringeren Kosten.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Aktuell hat die Stiftung beschlossen, auf Twitter unter @kidstoo_ch pr\u00e4sent zu sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sollten die Ausw\u00fcchse (Aufruf zum Hass, Ablehnung von Unterschieden usw.) infolge der \u00dcbernahme des Unternehmens durch Herrn Musk zunehmen oder sollten sich Schweizer Referenzinstitutionen zur\u00fcckziehen oder ausgeschlossen werden, werden wir unsere Pr\u00e4senz neu bewerten.
Das Schweizer Parlament geh\u00f6rt unter anderem zu diesen Referenzinstitutionen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wir werden bislang wenig genutzte Hashtags verwenden, um der Twitter-Gemeinschaft unsere Positionen zu vermitteln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gewalt und ihre Opfer halten auch eine Art Weltrekord f\u00fcr die Zeit, die zur Bek\u00e4mpfung dieser Gei\u00dfel ben\u00f6tigt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are fighting to change things. We are fighting to reduce the impact of domestic violence on children and improve their lives. We advocate a culture of protection and support the proper use of public resources for victims in the justice system. A justice system that favours victims rather than perpetrators. A justice system that recognises the rights of these victims. We do our utmost to ensure that children no longer have to suffer the consequences of inadequate justice, that they are preserved to the maximum extent possible and that they are accompanied in the best conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The foundation has the support of its founder until 2032.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the Foundation’s actions do not or not sufficiently advance its objectives, the continuation of the Foundation’s activity will be re-examined in 2032.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Many of the people on LinkedIn are active in the social and associative fields in addition to those in the private sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With its KidsToo page, the foundation wants to inform people affected by domestic violence in a more reactive way than through a newsletter. And this at a lower cost.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Stiamo lottando per cambiare le cose. Ci battiamo per ridurre l’impatto della violenza domestica sui bambini e migliorare le loro vite. Sosteniamo una cultura della protezione e l’uso corretto delle risorse pubbliche per le vittime nel sistema giudiziario. Un sistema giudiziario che favorisca le vittime piuttosto che i colpevoli. Un sistema giudiziario che riconosca i diritti di queste vittime. Facciamo del nostro meglio per garantire che i bambini non debbano pi\u00f9 subire le conseguenze di una giustizia inadeguata, che siano preservati il pi\u00f9 possibile e che siano accompagnati nelle migliori condizioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La fondazione gode del sostegno del suo fondatore fino al 2032.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
